This will be a closed group, meaning that only those who start from day one are allowed to attend the following group sessions. We will be reading and discussing the content of the book, "The Body Keeps the Score".This is a great way to learn about trauma, how it impacts us and others, and make connections with others who are working through challenges due to experiencing traumatic events in their lives.
The Group is limited to 10 participants and will meet on a bi-weekly basis. Books will be provided to you during the first session. The fee for participating is $30.00 per session.
