Join us for 3 days and 2 nights in beautiful Southern Utah for a Women's Therapeutic Retreat. This event will be hosted by two licensed therapists: Annette L. Pelletier, LCSW and Amanda Mosse, LCSW AND two equine profressionals: Lee Bingham and Sami Hunt. We feel honored to be able to spend a weekend to help YOU on your journey to healing and growing. You can expect to wparticipate in a variety of events/activities to include equine therapy sessions, rock climbing, hiking/geocaching, primitive fire building and trail riding. This will be a closed group, meaning that only those who start from day one are allowed to attend the following group sessions. We will be reading and discussing the content of the book, "The Body Keeps the Score".This is a great way to learn about trauma, how it impacts us and others, and make connections with others who are working through challenges due to experiencing traumatic events in their lives.
